1. General Agreement

By accessing CGMA-DESIGN, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. All items sold in our store are printed on demand once an order is placed and payment is verified.

2. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

When submitting custom text, graphics, or reference images for custom apparel designs, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have authorization to use it. CGMA-DESIGN reserves the right to reject designs that infringe trademarked material or promote offensive content.

3. Pricing & Orders

All prices are displayed in USD. Order prices include high-definition printing. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Once an order enters the production pipeline, cancellations may be limited.

1. Print-on-Demand Return Policy

Because every item is custom printed on demand specifically for your order, we do not offer general exchanges for buyer remorse or incorrect size selection. Please consult our Size & Measurement Guide before completing your order.

2. Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your package arrives with a print defect, damaged garment, or incorrect item, we will issue a 100% free replacement or full refund. Please contact our support team at cgmadesign@cgma-desing.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
